Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service via Royal Mail

‘Annabel Stewart’ is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post or stolen once sent and/or delivered that are out of my control. It is the customers responsibility to resolve any of the above circumstances with the delivery service. 

If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that ‘Annabel Stewart’ has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
